General Description

Evolution wireless has been the industry standard for flexibility, ease of use and reliability for wireless systems for years and the new and improved G4 system looks to continue this trend.

Hear better, perform better. Sennheiser monitoring systems are trusted by professionals worldwide and now are better than ever. Featuring an adaptive-diversity receiver, the twin receiver pack uses the headphone cable as a secondary antenna for flawless reception. Ear-canal phones, with various ear-fitting pads for an individual fit, reproduce the signal from the adaptive diversity receiver precisely and faithfully. Pass-through outputs allow easy splitting of the input signal to travel to other devices. Lastly, the entire set can be monitored and remotely controlled with Sennheiser’s “Wireless Systems Manager” software due to the built-in Ethernet port on the stereo transmitter.

The wireless Sennheiser G4 range is available in the following frequency ranges:

A: 516 - 558 MHz
G: 566 - 608 MHz
GB: 606 - 648 MHz
B: 626 - 668 MHz
C: 734 - 776 MHz
D: 780 - 822 MHz
E: 823 - 865 MHz

Only Range GB (channel 38) and Range E (channel 70) systems are available for purchase on the online shop. The other frequency ranges are available by special request for fixed site licence applications. Range GB includes Channel 38 which is the most reliable solution for portable wireless microphone systems. (Please Note. Channel 38 use requires a licence. For more information please contact us or visit here). Range E includes Channel 70 which is for legal licence-free use in the UK and Europe.

The Sennheiser G4 range of wireless systems are capable of operating simultaneously, intermodulation free, on six frequencies in the licence exempt 863-865 MHz (channel 70) band. These frequencies are;

863.100 MHz
863.400 MHz
863.750 MHz
864.225 MHz
864.550 MHz
864.975 MHz
