Tourtalk TT 200 tour guide system

The digital Tourtalk TT 200 system helps a tour group overcome background noise and distance. The two-way system enables each user to speak to and hear each other, as if on the same telephone call.

Tourtalk TT 200-T with accessories

The Tourtalk TT 200-T is a transmitter and receiver in a compact, lightweight, simple to use unit enabling both one-way and two-way communication between group leaders and the tour group. The transmitter is supplied complete with lightweight single ear headset, aux input lead, batteries and lanyard.

Tourtalk TT 200-R with accessories

The Tourtalk TT 200-R receiver has a talk back function to enable the user to speak back to the tour guide and tour group, when permitted. The receiver is supplied complete with lightweight single earphone, batteries and lanyard.

Tourtalk TT 200-T transmitter and TT 200-R receiver overview

The TT 200-T transmitter has a programmable talk button- PTB (Push-To-Bolt/Latching), PTT (Push-To-Talk) or PTM (Push-To-Mute). The TT 200-R receiver’s talk button is PTT (Push-To-Talk) only.

The TT 200 system has three communication modes-

Guiding Mode

The group leader (using a TT 200-T) can freely speak to the tour group. Any group member (using a TT 200-R) can talk back only when the group leader permits, enabling them to maintain control of the proceedings.

Teaching Mode

The group leader (using a TT 200-T) and assistant (also using a TT 200-T) can freely speak to the tour group. Any group member (using a TT 200-R) can talk back only when the assistant releases their talk right. The group leader can always participate.

Discussion Mode

All presenters (using TT 200-T) can participate in the discussion. All group members (using TT 200-R) can listen only.

The transmitter and receivers are supplied with a lanyard and belt clip to enable hands-free use. Each unit operates on two AA batteries. Either Alkaline or Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries can be used.
