New Williams AV Infinium™ Real-Time Audio Over Auracast Bluetooth System
Infinium™ is a cutting-edge assistive listening solution that leverages Bluetooth Auracast™ technology to deliver real-time, high-quality audio in public and commercial spaces such as houses-of-worship, airports, educational institutions, concert/conference venues and theatres.
Infinium™ is the first professional Auracast system to feature a rack mountable controller and separate transmitter.
The controller integrates smoothly into AV networks, with an analogue input and a Dante® input (supporting two Dante® channels). It supports stereo and mono transmission which can be open (public) or encrypted (private). Users can easily configure, monitor, and troubleshoot via the front panel or web interface.
The audio inputs are microphone/line input via combination XLR/Jack or phoenix connector for channel 1(left), line level via phoenix connector for channel 2 (right) and two channel Dante® via RJ 45.
The controller can be free-standing or installed into a standard 19” rack. Up to 2 controllers can occupy 1 unit of rack space (optional rack mount kits are available separately).
The low-profile transmitter can be free-standing or ceiling/wall mounted using the supplied bracket.
The dedicated Infinium™ receivers are used by guests that don’t have a personal Auracast enabled device to hear the transmission. The handheld receiver features the industry’s largest OLED display for clear visibility, easy access buttons with tactile feedback, and balance control to adjust audio delivery to the left and right ear to match a user’s hearing profile – enhancing speech clarity and intelligibility.
The receiver features a 3.5mm socket to connect a neck loop, headphones, and earphones. The lithium-ion battery offers all-day battery operation and is recharged via USB or via multi dock station.
