General Description
The Williams Sound Digi-Wave DLT 300 is a lightweight wireless digital transceiver capable of both one-way and two-way communication between group leaders and group participants. The simple setup program and professional features provide versatility in an array of applications such as guided tours, ‘on the job’ training, translation, presentations/lectures, intercom and assistive listening.
The DLT 300 has new features including a simplified display, inline PTT microphone support and can now accommodate up to four simultaneous presenters in two-way tour guide mode. A new intercom mode is also available that can accommodate six simultaneous presenters (with limited frequency response).
The DLT 300 also features one-way, two-way, simultaneous interpretation and repeater mode.
Four groups can operate simultaneously in two-way mode and fourteen channels simultaneously in interpretation mode. Patented frequency-hopping software greatly reduces interference potential and 2.4 GHz operation not only works well in RF-saturated environments but is also legal for use in most countries.
Enhanced security features include a four digit secure key which when entered into each DLT 300 transceiver prevents unauthorised individuals from listening in on the group. A set-up lock (SLOC) enables administrators to lock each DLT 300 to prevent unauthorised changes to the Digi-Wave system set-up.
