General Description

The Williams AV WF T8 D WaveCAST EIGHT with Dante is a multi-channel audio over Wi-Fi platform designed for larger assistive listening applications or for streaming audio at venues where multiple sources of audio exist. e.g. Bars, Gyms, Airport lounges, etc.

Wi-Fi assistive listening is designed for both small and large group listening scenarios. It allows you to stream audio seamlessly to your own personal iOS or Android device or stream audio to a Williams AV dedicated receiver using Wi-Fi. 

WaveCAST offers a DSP-based system architecture with an intuitive user interface and easy setup. Featuring ultra-low latency, hearing assistance can be optimized for hearing loss, music can be optimized for high-fidelity playback, and voice can be set for maximum speech intelligibility.

The new WaveCAST app provides an easy-to-use, intuitive user interface and is available on iOS or Android. Listeners easily select channel and volume level once their personal device is connected to the Wi-Fi network.

*Note: Firmware is model specific. Firmware updates are currently unable to be completed on Mac computers.
