General Description
 
The ListenIR single channel infrared transmitter/modulator can operate in either mono or stereo modes. The transmitter has two audio inputs and can transmit on one of four infrared channels. 
 
The transmitter is used to convert audio inputs for use with Listen Technologies LA-140 infrared radiator/emitter units. The transmitter can power up to two LA-140 radiators via standard CAT-5 cables. Up to four transmitters can be combined to offer four infrared channels on the same system.
 
The LT-82 transmitter is an ideal infrared transmitter for a wide range of assistive listening needs, including theatres, houses of worship, language interpretation, and more.
